Timothy teaches us how to visualize what we want by being
specific. For example, we can’t just ask for a million dollars. We have to be
specific about the amount of money we want and what we will do with it, and
then if we believe and focus, our minds will work to make it happen for us. We
must write down what we want, not as a goal but as a promise to ourselves that
we can achieve it, and we must visualize and revisit that promise daily.
Exercises are provided to help us visualize what we want.
